Mentoring

We work to pair aspiring Italian filmmakers or those already working in the industry with a professional counterpart in Hollywood who can guide their development. Our mentors and their proteges are invited to participate in each of our film productions.

Formats are flexible, and each mentoring pair can determine how often to meet. We suggest mentorships last at least 12 months with a minimum of 4 meetings in person or via Zoom. A representative from Il Ponte will meet with each potential mentor and protege to determine fit and find a good match. We will then make an introduction and help facilitate the first meeting.
